My Perfect Spiritual Bubble
Picture this: waking up each morning with a head as clear as a blue sky after a storm. I’d start with 15 minutes of quiet meditation, followed by a 10-minute guided meditation, then glide into 30 minutes of yoga and stretching. I’d feel so in tune with myself, God, and the universe that the world’s chaos would seem like nothing more than background noise on a TV I forgot to turn off.
In this dream bubble, I’d study with monks, chant in temples, and master the art of deep breathing. I’d wander barefoot through forests or along the ocean, having full-on Oprah-level conversations with nature—manifesting my life’s desires while exchanging vibes with the trees and waves. And yes, I’d surround myself with whimsical, optimistic souls who love talking about all the “weird” stuff—like the Law of Attraction, crystals, self-healing, and communicating with angels.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to strike up a convo with extraterrestrials—that’s a hard no for me! (LMBO.) But I do want to explore the mystical depths of speaking to water before drinking it or whispering sweet nothings to plants to help them grow. I want to be around people who love love and feel as deeply as I do. People who want to explore the magic of energy work with their partner and see just how far a mental, emotional, and spiritual connection can take them...spoiler alert: it’s orgasmic-level euphoria, folks.
The Yearning for More
Sometimes, my soul feels like it’s tapping me on the shoulder, whispering, “Hey, we’re not done here. Let’s go deeper.” I already do yoga, stretch, and have daily conversations with God. But the rest of my dream bubble? It’s still waiting to be fully realized. I know my time will come, and I’m trying to be patient, but let’s be honest—procrastination has been hanging out like an unwanted house guest.
I’ve got my list of excuses, and trust me, they’re valid. But then I ask myself, “Okay, so what are you going to do about it? You can’t change THEM, but you can change YOU.” It’s not about changing who I am; it’s about giving life to the person I’ve always been.
The Secret Garden Within
Have you ever watched The Secret Garden? It’s about a girl who finds a hidden garden, and through her adventures there, she forms deep bonds with others and helps a boy rediscover his strength. When I was younger, I could see myself in every character—the brave girl, the curious boy, even the one who thought all hope was lost.
Now? I feel like I am the secret garden. Beautiful and thriving but with thorns that grew over time. If handled with care, the thorns aren’t a problem, but if you rush in without caution—well, you’ll feel it. And just like the garden, the only way in is with the right key.
Becoming Me
All I want is to live authentically, with or without judgment. After years of conforming to society, I know it’s time to detox everything the world taught me. It’s time to really go within and rediscover myself.
Pulling away from the “norm” feels weird—like walking around in shoes that don’t quite fit. But baby steps, right? I can feel my inner self getting louder, shouting, “JUST BE YOU!” And you know what? I’m listening.
What I’ve Learned
Here’s the truth: everyone struggles with something. So, there’s no need to be ashamed of where you are. It’s just a moment—a chapter, not the whole book. And no matter what you go through, it’s about how you get through it that defines you.
Tips for Starting Your Spiritual Journey
Self-Reflection: Take a moment to ask yourself: “What am I seeking?”
Openness: Keep an open mind. Spirituality is a buffet—taste everything and see what resonates.
Start Small: You don’t need to move to a mountaintop tomorrow. Start with five minutes of meditation or a walk in nature.
Stay Curious: Explore books, podcasts, and documentaries. Feed your soul with knowledge.
Nature is Medicine: Seriously, go hug a tree. (No, really—try it.)
Be Gentle with Yourself: Progress is progress, even if it’s slow.
Gratitude: Count your blessings—big or small. Gratitude shifts everything.
Stay Authentic: Your path is yours alone. Walk it proudly.
At the end of the day, this journey is about connection—whether it’s with God, nature, or your own beautiful self. So take that leap, even if it feels scary. Because on the other side of fear? That’s where the magic happens!
