Have you ever met someone who radiates youth—not just in their skin but in their energy? The kind of person who moves through life with a glow that makes you wonder, What’s their secret?

I’ve been asked that question more times than I can count."Girl, how do you look so young? What’s your skincare routine? What are you eating?"

And for the longest time, my answer was… I don’t really do anything special. I used to chalk it up to good genes because my parents both look good for their age, despite eating whatever they want and using zero fancy products.

But the truth is, when I really thought about the question, I realized…I do have a secret. And it’s not just about what I put on my skin—it’s about what I speak over it.


💫 My Rituals for Timeless Energy & Allure

Yes, I take care of myself. I drink water like it’s my job, no longer eat pork, and love a good walk or jog (but nothing crazy—just 3-4 days a week). I cook with fresh fruits and veggies, and yes—I eat sweets, but only when I really want them.

For skincare? Body butters from Bath & Body Works keep my skin soft, and my face only sees Aveeno face wash, along with E.L.F astringent and moisturizer. I like keeping it simple. Nothing expensive. Nothing extreme.

But here’s where my real routine comes in…


✨ Affirmations: The True Anti-Aging Secret

I started speaking life over my face and body in my mid-20s, and I haven’t stopped since. It wasn’t overnight magic. No “instant glow.” But over the years? I’ve noticed something wild—my body's reaction to my thoughts.

I say it, and my body reacts.


💖I will look 26 for a very long time.

💖 I will only age gracefully

💖 My skin will always be smooth, soft, and radiant.

💖My stomach will stay flat, even when I eat what I love.

💖 I will always have a bright, magnetic smile.

💖 I will always be strong, flexible, and full of energy.

💖 I will only get better with time. I age like fine wine.


I don’t just whisper these words to myself. I affirm them with conviction. I'm usually playful and listening to music while doing so. I say them in the shower, as I’m moisturizing, or when I’m looking in the mirror.

And guess what? My body responds. My cells listen. My energy flows.

This goes deeper than skin. I give thanks for everything my body does for me.

💫 Thank you, body, for healing, moving, stretching, and holding me through every moment of my life.


I don’t take medicine often because my body takes care of itself. I don’t wake up irritable because I’ve trained my energy to stay light, bright, and youthful. I don’t fear aging because I know I influence how I age.

The world will have you believing that youth comes in a bottle. That you need to spend hundreds on serums, creams, and potions. But here’s what I’ve learned: Youth is an energy. It’s a frequency. And it starts in your mind.

Focus on YOU, YOUR OWN THOUGHTS, and YOUR MANIFESTATIONS! The people who doubt you are only projecting their own limitations—don’t make them yours. Be gentle with yourself and take your time while creating this new mindset. Stay committed, stay intentional, and watch as your reality bends to meet the energy you put out. You are the creator of your own story, so make it a masterpiece!


REMEMBER, It's natural for others to question or misunderstand this approach. In the past, I felt frustrated when people doubted the capability of my practices. Now, I understand that not everyone will resonate with this perspective, and that's perfectly okay. What matters is that I know it works. My body listens to the story I tell it, and I choose to narrate a tale of vitality, overall beauty, good health and grace. So, to those who ask and may not grasp this mindset, I say: It's alright. Everyone's journey is unique. Because for me, embracing the power of affirmations and the Law of Attraction has been transformative. And I wouldn't have it any other way!
